The staff at this hotel are absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was lovely and really made us feel welcome. Reception staff were very welcoming and the staff in the bar were also very friendly. We spoke to the lady a couple of times that works in the bar area and she was so helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and fully equipped and I really appreciated the kettle, tea and coffee in the room! We had early starts so we were very grateful to the reception staff for arranging taxis for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Initially placed in a great room, except some guys were having a get together in the room next to me. I needed to sleep and that was the only reason I politely asked if there was a different room available. Within 10 minutes I was upgraded to a beautiful suite, which was silent. Staff were understanding, friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again. Lots on the menu but a little pricey. Food came to my room promptly and was fresh, a good size and tasty.. Caesar Salad with salmon and fries.

I got married on the 28/10/2020 Claire was my wedding organiser and she couldn't so any more then she did for us on my wedding day I was well looked after by Jamie and Louis they was amazing the did everything possible to make our day more special and memorable and made us feel so welcome and helped my dad who has disabilities thwy was perfect I have definitely recommend you all to my friends and family

Georgia and Jamie (both reception staff) went completely above and beyond for myself and my partner who has cancer! They were incredible, so much so that we left a tip for each of them! The service they both provided was incredible and because of this, we will 100% stay for the third time when we come back to Manchester!! Amazing facilities and a beautiful room too! Couldn’t ask for better x

Lovely polite and helpful young lad on the Reception when we checked in and out. The lady with the blonde hair who greets you on arrival in the breakfast dining area is lovely. Very hardworking and it shows she takes pride in her job. This is our 3rd one night stay since Christmas Day. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.
